Cotton Patch is an amazing home with an open concept kitchen/living room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need. This home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Two rooms in the main house and three outside. This house comes with a pool and outdoor cabana with a half bath and outdoor shower. There is an outdoor fireplace and a fire ring. It is located in the Tierra Linda subdivision close to the House Pasture and golf course.

This home comes with a parking pass for river access. It is about a 100 yard walk from parking to Seven Bluff Crossing. You can drop your stuff by the river and then go park.

  We had 15 family members from around Texas meet in Concan and had a fabulous time. The house was in excellent condition and lots of room to roam. Plenty of parking. We loved the many open spaces
  to visit with each other inside and out. We did a lot of cooking and the counter space was excellent and kitchen was well equipped. Love a VRBO that has minimal decorations. Will rent this one again.

  Everything about this property is beautiful, inside and outside. The design is very warm and welcoming and is perfect for large groups, like our family.
